When you place an order please select the ‘Free delivery’ option. Email or call to arrange delivery of the purchase. It will be delivered to your door or workplace free of charge within 72 hours.

PLEASE NOTE – I work at Kununurra District High School Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 2013.  Delivery is challenging on these days however we will always attempt to accommodate you.

Express Shipping Required

If your order is urgent please leave us a message in the comment box at the checkout, requesting Express Shipping.

Guarantee, Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee or exchange on all products, if returned within 30 days.  The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.  Conditions do apply, outlines below.

If you are not totally satisfied with your product we offer exchange or refund, however postage is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your purchase, on arrival, is the wrong item or is damaged/ defective (due to product fault) we will refund or exchange the equivalent to the amount paid (including postage). We may require a photo in the case of damage or defect.

The return must occur within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Cheque or Money Order made payable to MooWoo and sent with your order to postal address: PO Box 266, Kununurra, WA, 6743. Please note items will not be shipped until these payment methods are cleared.

Cash on Delivery
This option is for local orders only. Please email or phone through your order.
After receiving your email we will contact you for payment and delivery details.

I’d like to order something small and flat. Will the freight be $10.95?

Where you believe the product is small and light please contact us.

We will check and if this is the case we can organise a reduced freight cost.

Please note this definitely applies to greeting cards and gift vouchers.

If you have paid $10.95 we will refund you if necessary.

Shipping Options

We use Australia Post to ship all orders.

Our shipping is charged at standard rates which include packaging and postage. However larger, bulky items OR large orders may be attract additional freight charges. We will contact you in these circumstances.

Public Holidays: Please account for public holidays when placing your order.

Additional Charges: Bulky items will be charged at a shipping rate of $17.95. Large orders may incur an additional $5.00 -$15.00 shipping charge. We will obtain your approval before making the additional charge.

Postage – Flat Rate

Please note smaller parcels will naturally be shipped express at no extra cost.  We offer this service simply because we prefer to have your order arrive as soon as possible.

Postage – Express
Any order that will not fit in a 500g and 3kg Australia Post Express Satchel will be shipped via regular postage. Please contact us at the time of ordering if you require Express Postage and we will make necessary arrangements.  This may mean an additional cost.

Cost: FREE *
Exclude large items or bulky orders.
Delivery time: 5-12 business days, depending on order size.


What is your shipping policy?

We do not take responsibility for postage time once the item has been dispatched, however we will try to track items where possible.

We will not be responsible for lost or missing items. Should you wish to pay the additional sum to have your items insured, please contact us.

All items will be shipped within 72 hours.  Where this is not possible we will contact you.

When will my order be dispatched?

We attempt to dispatched all orders within 72 hours of clearance or receipt of payment.

We request that payment is made within 3 days of order being placed. Where payment has not been made you will be contacted via email or phone with a reminder. Failure to pay after this reminder will result in the order being canceled.

If there is a delay with your order we will contact to you immediately to discuss delays or changes.
